FEB 1, MIRI – Into its third year as a youth uniformed group in SJK (C) Chung Hua Pujut, 4th Miri Coy held its orientation class for the respective Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade today.

Assisted by the teachers-in-charge, the officers and helpers of 4th Miri welcomed the boys and girls during the school’s afternoon core curricular activity class.

Registration of new and current members were recorded together with the purchase orders of new uniforms and name badges.

The Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade vespers were also taught and sung during the one-hour activity.

“We are excited about this year’s increased participation,” said Roseline Lee, the Boys’ Brigade Captain. “With the teachers’ help, we are confident to impart good life skills and grooming potential leaders among our members,” she added. “We also welcome more helpers to come forward to serve.”
